Program participation terms

Controller: Noden Sharp · 2-10, Kanai-cho, Takarazuka, Hyogo

1. Parties & scope

These terms govern access to curricula, mentor hours, and studio facilities offered through noden-sharp.digital. They do not replace separate agreements you may hold with third-party vendors such as Bubble, Microsoft, or Glide.

2. Data controller & contact

Noden Sharp acts as controller for enrollment data, billing references, and communications metadata. Contact the desk at hello@noden-sharp.digital or +81 95-007-4432 for subject access requests.

3. Categories of personal data

We process identity and contact details, employer references where supplied, payment references (not full card data—handled by processors), attendance logs, artifact metadata stored in cohort repositories, and optional analytics if you opt in via the cookie banner.

4. Purposes & legal bases

Data is processed to perform the educational contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR analog), comply with accounting duties (legal obligation), and—only with consent—improve syllabus sequencing (consent, withdrawable anytime).

5. Retention

Enrollment records remain for seven years to meet commercial record-keeping norms. Repository artifacts inherit the retention policy you agree with your hosting provider; we snapshot mentor critiques for twenty-four months unless a shorter window is negotiated in writing.

6. Third-party sharing

We share necessary data with email delivery providers, calendar tooling, and payment processors. Vendor platforms you connect during labs may process data as independent controllers—review their notices before enabling integrations.

7. International transfers

Some processors store data in the EU or United States under standard contractual clauses. Copies of transfer mechanisms are available on request without marketing bundling.

8. Security measures

We enforce MFA on staff accounts, segregate cohort repositories, and restrict mentor downloads to audited devices. No method is perfect; report suspected incidents immediately.

9. Children’s privacy

Programs are aimed at adults in professional contexts. If you believe a minor’s data was collected inadvertently, contact us to delete it promptly.

10. Policy updates & law

We version these terms with publication dates. Material changes receive email notice where feasible. Disputes follow the courts of Japan unless mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction require otherwise.
