Applies to tuition collected directly by Noden Sharp

1. Eligibility

Consumers enrolled in distance or hybrid educational services may withdraw under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions where applicable. Corporate invoices negotiated under B2B quotes follow the contract annex instead.

2. Cooling-off timeframe

Unless an exemption applies, you may cancel without penalty within eight days of contracting if materials have not been substantially accessed. Where Japanese law grants fourteen days for certain solicitations, the longer period prevails.

3. Full refunds

Full tuition is refunded if we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or force majeure before day one, or if you withdraw inside the cooling-off window without consuming digital kits beyond the welcome packet.

4. Partial refunds

After live instruction begins, refunds are calculated against unused synchronous weeks, minus non-recoverable studio deposits explicitly listed on your invoice.

5. Non-refundable items

Third-party vendor charges, travel you booked independently, and printed custom work (e.g., branded lab coats) are non-refundable once ordered.

6. Process & timing

Email refunds@noden-sharp.digital with your enrollment ID. We confirm within five business days and initiate bank transfer within twenty business days after approval.

7. Exceptions & disputes

Violations of the participation terms—such as sharing licensed vendor sandboxes outside your cohort—void refund rights for affected modules. You may escalate disputes to the Consumer Affairs Agency consultation routes in Japan.
