Repeat enrollment (2025)

Week-by-week cadence

Ink, then ink again

Five beats repeat each cohort—intentionally uneven pacing so teams experience both sprint bursts and quiet documentation days.

  1. 01

    Surface the awkward questions

Week one collects constraints from finance, support, and the builders who will inherit the work.

  2. 02

    Draft ugly flows on purpose

Week two rewards messy diagrams; polish is banned until mentors sign the data glossary.

  3. 03

    Instrument with receipts

Week three pairs telemetry labels with rollback scripts so dashboards survive contact with ops.

  4. 04

    Ship to a skeptic

Week four assigns each team a friendly critic outside their org chart for a live critique.

  5. 05

    Archive the truth

Week five packages decisions in Markdown bundles that travel without the original facilitators.

Filter the stack, not the ambition

Eight active builds spanning low-code and no-code app building. Filters respect how you actually work—not generic “difficulty” sliders.

Compose WeWeb blocks backed by REST collections, validate payloads with JSON schema, and package reusable kits for sibling teams.

Kyoto weekend intensive

Tools we lend you

Borrowed kits, returned smarter

Loaner laptops with profiles

Pre-baked OS profiles mirror our lab machines so you are not debugging display scaling on night one.

Printed glossary pads

Thick paper stacks for entity debates—cheap to replace, impossible to fake “done” with a slick slide.

Sandbox org tenants

Isolated tenants for Retool, Power Pages, and Glide with red-stripe banners so nobody confuses them with prod.

Quiet room hours

Takarazuka studio keeps Tuesday mornings whisper-quiet for documentation sprints.

Desk-side questions

Open full FAQ

Do you include vendor subscriptions?

No—tuition covers teaching and studio time. You keep billing relationships with Bubble, Glide, Microsoft, etc.

Can managers sit in?

Observers may join two sessions per cohort with advance notice so participants still feel safe experimenting.

What if I miss a synchronized day?

Hybrid tracks publish recordings within 24 hours, but live critique slots are not refundable—plan travel accordingly.

Featured voice

“The Retool Ops Bridge lab forced us to narrate every SQL view aloud; awkward at first, but the Glide Field Kit alumni on our team still reuse that script.”
