Cookie & telemetry notice
Last updated April 2026
1. What lands in your browser
We store a small preferences record when you answer the banner—this uses local storage under the key noden-sharp.digital_cookie_prefs_v1. It remembers whether optional analytics should load on repeat visits.
2. Essential cookies & storage
Static hosting may emit session identifiers for edge caching. Our forms rely on your mail client; we do not set hidden tracking pixels inside PDF downloads hosted here.
3. Optional analytics
If you choose “Enable optional analytics,” we may load privacy-preserving telemetry to understand which syllabus sections cause repeated revisits. You may revert to essentials anytime by clearing site data or asking the desk for a manual reset walkthrough.
4. Third-party embeds
Map placeholders and external links may cause your browser to contact other domains. Those domains set their own cookies; we do not control them.
5. Retention of consent logs
Consent choices remain on-device unless you enroll in a cohort, in which case we mirror a hashed record in our CRM for compliance traceability for twenty-four months.
6. Your controls
Browser settings can block all cookies—some forms may degrade. You may also email hello@noden-sharp.digital with the subject “Cookie preferences” to receive a plain-text export of what we know about your account-level data.
7. Updates
When this notice changes, we bump the revision date and mention it in the quarterly ink letter—no dark-pattern banners required to reaccept unless regulators mandate refreshed consent.
